Melt a 4 oz. package of Bearnaise Compound Butter in a glass measining cup in the microwave until boiling. Place 4 medium or 3 large egg yolks in a regular drink blender. Through the top, slowly add the hot butter while blending on low. That's it! You're finished. Enjoy! 4oz. package.
