Our Picatta  Compound Butter is great for chicken, veal, pork, fish and even tenderized conch.

Cut or pound your protien choice to an even thickness.   Dredge in seasoned flour.  Pan sautee on medium heat until golden on both sides.  Finish with a little extra on top and maybe an extra squeeze of lemon.  Serve with pasta or rice. 

Try this with Fish fillets!   4oz. package.
