We roast fresh garlic with olive oil and salt until it's soft and golden.  It's blended into this compound butter with shredded imported Reggiano Parmesan cheese.  Use on Artichokes and Asparagus.  Excellent on warm bread or to season your roasted potatoes.  4oz. package.
