This blend is based on one we found by Julia Child.  We've updated her classic french recipe.  We're sure you've never had butter this tasty anywhere!

We simmer and grind shells, strain and whip our ingredients into a compound butter that will keep your guests guessing what your secret is. 

Use it to cook fresh seafood, finish hot steaks right off the grill and enrich sauces.  Try it on hors d'oeuvres and canapes.  Some of us use it to cook scrambled eggs in the morning, the uses are endless.

This finishing butter is light and subtle, always use medium heat when sauteeing.  4oz. package.
